These Terms of Service apply solely to your use of the services provided by OfferEas.co, as well as any related software applications and websites (collectively referred to as the "Services").
Our Identity
OfferEasy AI is a comprehensive interview skills improvement system. Based on in-depth analysis of over 1,000 mainstream job positions and tens of thousands of real interview scenarios, combined with AI technologies such as natural language processing and deep learning, it has built an intelligent system that can accurately simulate real interview logic, capture interview details, and provide personalized improvement plans. Whether you are a fresh graduate entering the workplace for the first time or a senior professional seeking a high-paying job change, you can find a training plan that suits your own needs here, and ultimately achieve the practical effect of increasing the Offer success rate by at least 30%.
Registration and Access
Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age specified by your country to agree to use this service. If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain the permission of your parents or legal guardians to use this service.
Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information to register an account and use our services. You must not share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Prohibited Activities
You must not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities. For example, you must not:
- Use our services in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of others.
- Modify, copy, rent, sell, or distribute any of our services.
- Attempt to or assist anyone in reverse engineering, decompiling, or discovering the source code or underlying components of our services, including our models, algorithms, or systems (except where applicable law prohibits this restriction).
- Represent that the output is human-generated when it is not.
- Interfere with or disrupt our services, including evading any rate limits or constraints, or bypassing any protective measures or security mitigations we have set on the services.
Software
Our services may allow you to download software, such as mobile applications, which may automatically update to ensure you are using the latest version. Our software may include open-source software, which is subject to its own licenses provided to you by us.
Enterprise Sector

Third-Party Services
Our services are independently developed by OfferEasy and have no system cooperation with third-party services.
Feedback
We appreciate your feedback, and you agree that we may use your feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Content
Your Content
You can create new interviews, upload resumes, conduct interview voice recordings, and generate interview evaluation reports.
Content Ownership
You will retain ownership of your content, and we will not use your content data under any circumstances without your permission.
Our Use of Content
We may use the content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our services, comply with applicable laws, enforce our terms and policies, and ensure the security of our services.
Accuracy
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving research fields. We continuously strive to improve our services to make them more accurate, reliable, secure, and useful.
Paid Accounts
Billing
If you purchase any services, you must provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. For paid subscriptions, we will automatically charge your payment method at each scheduled renewal period until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. The cancellation path is to click the "Purchase Points" button, and on the page that jumps, uncheck "Subscribe Premium".
Changes
We may change the prices of our services from time to time. If we increase the subscription price, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and any price increase will take effect at your next renewal, allowing you to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the price increase.
Termination and Suspension
Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services or delete your account in the following circumstances.

If you believe that we have mistakenly suspended or terminated your account, you can contact us via email at hainanlaixi@163.com to file an appeal.
Service Termination
We may decide to terminate the service, but if we decide to do so, we will notify you in advance and refund any prepaid but unused service fees.
